Happy New Year!

I probably should just give up on this blogging thing now since it is taking me so long to return and blog. However! I will not give up. If I have learnt anything in the last few months, it is that, no matter how many times one falls on their 'path', one must dust off, get up and keep going/ try again. So, I will apply that lesson here!

First quarter of the year has gone by (can not believe it!), God is great! My husband and I celebrated 3 years of marriage, our two beautiful kids are growing excellently and developing really well, keeping us entertained and on our toes, I have been able to maintain my commitment to becoming healthier and keeping fit. I have also been able to complete the project of setting up a Well Woman Centre, which is nothing short of a miracle.

I started that project with A LOT of bright ideas in mind and VERY LITTLE money in my pocket (and bank)! However, as usual, God came through in ways I was not expecting. Every step of the way, whatever I have needed became available at the point I needed it most. For this, I am grateful.

So yes! I am a Well Woman in progress. I am glad that I have been able to inspire so many of my friends and family members to embark on a 'healthier' lifestyle. My sister, my MiL and several friends have all started paying more attention to their food intake and have become more physically active too! #WINNING

I believe I have been put on this earth for a purpose and everyday, I confess with my mouth in prayer that I surrender my life to God, asking him to use me. Events in my life so far, show me that God has many things in store for me, not just to give me a "better" life but I believe, for me to be his agent, helping to inspire others to "do" or "live" better, achieve their potentials and so on.

I have to admit, this blogging thing is rather..erm...what's the word..."therapeutic", i think. Just expressing oneself via this sort of medium seems to have a relieving effect. Again, I hope to get used to it and become more active. I have A LOT of things running through my mind that could use an outlet.

Laters!
